The kitchen is always lively with Brother Innocent and Brother Xavier.
In this fun video, Julia, baby Laura and the Brothers are sautéing 5 whole red peppers in a skillet with a touch of salt, fresh parsley and black pepper.
We like to cover the peppers for a few minutes, but Julia likes to remove the cover to allow the peppers to brown.
If you leave the cover on, the peppers will begin to steam and will achieve a mushy consistency instead of that crunchy, golden color.
